Returns and exchanges

I will only accept returns of faulty items. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

I don’t accept cancellations of orders over 24 hours old.

But please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment

Payment due at time of ordering.

Delivery

I make everything to order. So depending on how many orders are on it will influence you delivery time. However when you purchase from me I will keep you fully informed of time scales. Most items ship within a 6 week period depending on how busy the order book is. All items will be created on a first come, first made basis. I offer a range of shipping options to suit :-).
